Science and engineering-related departments (shipbuilding, marine engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, marine engineering are particularly preferred) junior, master's, and doctoral students (must be nationals of the Republic of China and must not be foreign nationals)

Amount:

1. Undergraduate students: 60 thousand per semester; maximum grant for 2 years
2. Master students: 90 thousand per semester; maximum grant for 2 years
3. Ph.D. students: 120 thousand per semester; maximum grant for 3 years
