Qualification: undergraduate and master students of NTHU

Required documents for applicants:

1. Application form
2. Study plan (no format restriction; no more than 5 pages)
3. Full academic transcript (original copy)
4. A recommendation letter (no format restriction; the referee is not limited to NTHU professors)
5. Guardian’s consent form (master and Ph.D. students are exempted)
6. Additional beneficial documents (portfolios, performance videos, etc.)

Standards of self-financed students: Please refer to attachment 2

Deadline of all departments: 2021 April 14^th Wednesday 5 P.M.

(The above deadline is the submission date of Center for Continuing Education; the preliminary review deadline would be decided by each department itself)
