Dear International Students,
In response to the COVID-19, all are requested to cooperate with the following issues:
1. Announcement of the Ministry of Education: Colleges and universities should avoid unnecessary or non-urgency for faculty and staff to go abroad.
Faculty members of various colleges and universities go abroad which belongs to the third level of the "International Tourism Epidemic Recommendation Level" should take alternative measures, then go abroad after the epidemic control period; and the countries which are the second level warning or first level attention, the principal should prudent and rigorous review, should not be approved the case which is a non-essential or urgent immigration case, and the cases which have been approved should be re-examined.

Students are requested to avoid going abroad during the severe period of the epidemic. If it is necessary and urgent to go abroad, please fill out a paper application form for leaving the country. The application should be submitted at least two weeks before leaving the country, agreed by the advisor and department chair.
2. Students are requested to fill out the "Coronavirus disease" investigation form, especially those who have traveled to other countries or regions in the past two weeks (including transit), must fill in the report!

3. The latest announcement of the division health service:
Since March 16th+, 2020, all faculty and students who return to Taiwan from abroad (including the history of foreign travel in the past 14 days), whether having the symptoms or not, are required to rest at home within 14 days after entering the country, and do not go to school. Moreover, measure and report body temperature every morning and evening for 14 days.

4. CECC announced that "foreign nationals will be restricted from entering the country. All immigrants will be quarantined at home for 14 days, this policy will be implemented from 00:00 Taipei Standard Time (GMT+8) on March 19."
